Payment Options
Milestone payments:
Milestone payments require a 50% deposit to secure the project deadline.
The remaining balance is divided into payments leading up to the project deadline.
Milestone Late fees – Accounts are subject to a $25 fee if payment is not made within 14 days of due date.
Final Milestone Payment – If the final milestone payment is not received within 30 days of due date, the project will be forfeited and all payments and or deposits will be forfeited by the client.
Pay upfront and in full:
Clients who choose this option maybe offered a discount up to 10% off of their bill, not to exceed $500 in total.
Paying by Check:
Clients with payments exceeding $5,000 may pay by paper check if it is a one time payment.
Checks must be postmarked within 72 hours of the contract signing. Alternatively, clients who have multiple projects lined up with Web and Writer may request to deposit money via bank transfer set up. Checks that are post-dated later will lose the applied discount.
Projects can begin after payment has cleared.
Clients who wish to pay via PayPal or Stripe may incur an additional fee of 2.9% of their payment(s).
Services less than $1,000.
For services totaling $999 or less, payment in full is required before the project can be scheduled or begin.
