Four Years and Counting
Since October 2020, we have been a key partner in enhancing Roadhaven Resort’s communications and sales channels, helping the resort thrive in an increasingly digital world.
In our first year, we laid the foundation for growth by designing a responsive website that unlocked new revenue streams. Targeted digital ads, strategically placed for vendors, proved successful, benefiting both the vendors and residents alike.
By the second year, we expanded our efforts by establishing a dedicated Marketing Department. We collaborated closely with both new and existing vendors to develop and sell advertising and event sponsorship opportunities. Additionally, we designed and sold advertising space in a printed Resident Directory, while launching a drop-shipping online gift shop to eliminate the need for on-site inventory.
Our third year saw us take digital engagement to the next level with the creation of a customizable digital Resident Directory. We also introduced a Facebook-like platform where residents could share photos, stories, and communicate directly with each other and staff via private messaging.
In our fourth year, we addressed key communication challenges by introducing a mascot that engaged directly with residents, answering their questions and fostering stronger connections. This became our most collaborative project yet, with nearly every department contributing research and insights to create fact-based responses that strengthened trust within the community. We also added a new revenue stream through the sale of online concert tickets.
